Refund policy
The Customer, a non-professional individual, has a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from delivery of his order to return the product(s) to SCAR for exchange or refund without penalty. All costs related to the order, products and shipping costs will be fully reimbursed as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned product, in accordance with applicable law. Only return costs will not be refunded, these costs will be the sole responsibility of the Customer.
As an exception, the return of product(s) will be free only for clothing and accessories if this return is made within fourteen (14) days from delivery of the order. In this context, for any free return, you should contact SCAR before sending the product to the email address: scar.entreprise@gmail.com
The Product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed. They must be returned in a condition allowing their re-marketing. Any products that are incomplete, damaged, soiled or have been subject to abnormal use will not be taken back and will not be subject to any refund.
